The Dining Out Card gives you the freedom to redeem at any of the merchants that appear on the front of the card. Simply present your prepaid card at time of payment. The amount of every purchase you make will automatically be deducted from the value on the prepaid card. You are free to use the same prepaid card across multiple brands. Once the entire Card amount has been spent, it can no longer be used as a method of payment. To use the Card at a point-of-sale terminal, simply swipe the magstripe on the back of the Card and sign the receipt.

To make an online purchase:
1. Select Credit as the payment method
2. Enter the 16-Digit Card number located on the back of the Dining Out Card in the credit card field. Do not enter the 16-Digit Card number into the gift card field.

There is an expiry date on the back of each Dining Out Card; this is when the plastic expires. However, funds on your prepaid card never expire. If funds still remain on the card after that date, please call 866-907-0850 to have a replacement card issued and mailed to you at no cost. The balance on the replacement card will be equal to the balance on the discontinued card.
No, Dining Out Cards cannot be reloaded.
No, Dining Out Cards cannot be used for ATM cash withdrawal.
Depending on the merchant, merchandise returns may be refunded directly back to your prepaid card, so be sure to keep it until you are sure you will not need it.
If your purchase is larger than your balance, ask the cashier or server to swipe the prepaid card for the exact amount available on the card; then pay the remaining balance with another form of payment. These are called “split transactions.” Some merchants do not allow cardholders to conduct split transactions.
If your Dining Out Card has been lost or stolen, please call Customer Service immediately at 866-907-0850. In order to get a new Card, you will need your original purchase receipt. Customer service will refund you the then available amount on your Dining Out Card by sending a new Card to your address.
